2010 Series -
High Frequency Fluorescent Lights for Machine Vision

bulletThis family of illumination systems is designed as a cost-effective solution for many machine vision applications. The common configuration for this family is a single lamp, in a single enclosure. The systems are designed around a high frequency precision electronic ballast, which incorporates state-of-the-art control features.
bullet

The compact fluorescent lamps utilized in the 2010 systems provide uniform light with an average lifetime of >8000 hours continuous use. The lamp output will be maintained to approximately ±1.0 % during the life of the lamp. Lamps are pre-burned in a controlled environment within our facility to insure consistent light output right out of the package. This service is also provided for replacement bulbs. The 17S1 and 23S1 models offer a lamp dimmer control as an option.

bullet

This precise control is ideal for use in machine vision applications where constant luminous flux is critical for the inspection. The high frequency power supply operates at >40KHz so that sensors with electronic shutters capabilities can be used.

bullet

The system can be order with a power entry module incorporating an internal fuse with standard style power line cord or a permanently attached STO line cord.

bullet

Illumination systems can be purchased with a variety of lamp temperatures (colors) to meet specific project requirements; these include 4100, 3500 & 3100.

bullet

The units are designed for 110 - 125VAC, single-phase operation and requires two (2) type GMA-2 fuses (5mm x 20mm), each 1.0 A maximum.

bullet

The industrial grade aluminum extrusion housings provide "T-slots" on the back of the enclosure for easy mounting in any orientation.

Shown above is the Standard 2010-17S1 system.
