IV-S (B&W) and IV-C (COLOR)
The Sharp family of IV-S compact image processors offers an attractive
alternative to more expensive image processing systems. Sharp has many
years of experience with image processor systems and components and has
incorporated many of the "high-end" features in the IV-S family of
products. The family includes the IV-S20, IV-S31, IV-S32, IV-S33 and IV-C35M products. The IV-S20 is a very lower cost package that has features
not found on competitive products. The entire family from the IV-S20
through the IV-C35M supports either one or two sensors. They also offer a
built-in mini-PLC to handle complex digital input and output functions. As
we progress up the product line the processors become faster and more sophisticated
tools are offered to take advantage of the extra processing power.
PVS-20 and PVS-30 Compact Image Processing Systems
Phoenix Imaging offers two dedicated image processing systems that are designed for
easy setup and
operation. The units do not require an external PC for setup or
operation. However, a Windows based program is available for uploading and
downloading programs and images to a laptop or PC. The remote programming
software is designed to run under the Windows 95 / 98 or NT environments.
PVS-30-M1 in NEMA type-4 enclosure with built-in display
PVS-20
The PVS-20 is our lowest cost compact image processing system.
It provides a list of capabilities often found in systems costing two or three
times its cost. The PVS-20 is a complete machine vision system packaged in
a NEMA-12 or NEMA-4 enclosure. The system is complete with image
processor, internal power supplies, 16 channels of optically isolated I/O, power
distribution, Status LED's, and internal forced air cooling. The PVS-20
provides storage for 16 user programs in system flash memory. The list
price for the PVS-20 is $7,995 and includes one progressive (full-frame) CCD
sensor with attached 2 M cable and remote teach pendant.
PVS-30
The PVS-30 compact image processing system is the more powerful big brother
to the PVS-20.
It provides more capabilities than the PVS-20 at only a slight increase in
cost. The PVS-30 is a complete machine vision system packaged in either a
NEMA 12 or NEMA 4 enclosure. The system is complete with image processor,
internal power supplies, 16 channels of optically isolated I/O, power
distribution, Status LED's, and internal forced air cooling. The PVS-30 is
capable of concurrent processing, this allows image acquisition to overlap with
image processing. The PVS-30 provides storage for 32 user programs.
The list price for the PVS-30 is $9.100 and includes one progressive
(full-frame) CCD sensor, sensor cable and remote teach pendant.
PVS-35 COLOR
System
The PVS-35 compact color
image processing system is the color version similar to the PVS-30.
It provides color capabilities as well as several features not offered on the
PVS-30 at a slight increase in
cost. The PVS-35 is a complete machine vision system packaged in either a
NEMA 12 or NEMA 4 enclosure. The system is complete with a color image processor,
internal power supplies, 16 channels of optically isolated I/O, power
distribution, Status LED's, and internal forced air cooling. The PVS-35 is
capable of concurrent processing, this allows image acquisition to overlap with
image processing. The PVS-35 provides storage for 32 user programs
internally and has a "compact flash" card slot for a removable 192 MB
of memory.
The list price for the PVS-30 is $9,900 and includes one progressive
(full-frame) Color CCD sensor, sensor cable and remote teach pendant.

samples via the Internet under Windows.
The IV-S30SP is a software which supports you in doing various tasks
-- including parameter setting for IV-S20/S30 image sensor cameras and
management and analysis of inspection results -- on your Windows screen with
ease, speed and accuracy.
