The CV-M70 is a new, and innovative RGB color camera based on the latest Progressive Scan technology, featuring full-frame shutter, fast asynchronous reset capability, and continuous RGB video output. The RGB primary-color mosaic filters combined with progressive scan and squared-pixel CCD imager (659 H. x 494 V. effective pixels - compatible with VGA format) offers double vertical resolution and outstanding color fidelity. The CV-M70 is exclusively designed for asynchronous capturing and the output of progressive full-frame RGB images. As a result of progressive scanning, a full-frame of image resolution per shutter or integration is achieved. This is a significant advantage over standard TV-format color cameras. Furthermore, the built-in DSP (Digital Signal Processing) can be controlled via an RS-232C communication port for white balance, gain, shutter, gamma, and other functions. The CV-M70 is an ideal image-capturing device for demanding color applications such as on-line color inspection/gauging and dynamic-motion color image-capturing in fruits, printing, high-definition graphics, and many other industries.
